Chris Ernst
Chris brings more than 10 years of boxing experience and a Florida Golden Gloves state championship to Lights Out. As a USA Boxing certified coach and certified personal trainer, he helps people develop their boxing skills, improve fitness, and work toward their goals.
Alongside his brother Sebastian, Chris has helped train hundreds of people. Their shared experience is at the heart of the coaching at Lights Out.
